Dog Gone Right Plumbing had done work for me before and I had been satisfied so I called them when I had a broken pipe needing to be fixed. It was not an emergency. I sat up an appointment and they had to reschedule. It was rescheduled for today and they were to be here between 8:30 and 9:00. I took the day off work to get this done. They finally called after 11:00 trying to get me to reschedule. Oh no. Done! I had already reached out to another plumber and the owner came this afternoon. The work was done in an hour at a very fair price. You just can't treat customers this way when others will do what they say.
