Their guy Logan did a great job fixing my shower. He had a number of set backs, which seems to be common with any work you do on my house (I think its cursed) but he did what he had to do not only get the job done but make it look good. They even stuck to the estimate they gave me which was nice.
I bought a Hot water Heater from Home Depot and Burnell's did the installation. They we very friendly and professional with very reasonable pricing.
Called Burnells this morning at 8am with a leaky hot water heater pipe, they sent one out in a couple of hours. Fit leaky pipe at an incredible fair price. Going to call Burnell for all my plumbing needs.

The oil furnace in my garage died. After two trips from a local business that owns lots of red trucks, I'm told the furnace is shot and I need a new one. I called Burnell's Plumbing and Heating, and the furnace was running 15 minutes after they showed up. The other guys (even though it was two trips with two different techs) forgot to check the internal fuel filter, which was totally clogged. Lesson? If you need plumbing or furnace work, call Burnell's Plumbing and Heating FIRST.
