I haven't used Moore Home Services myself but certainly will in the future when I need work done. I've just observed a crew working all day and into the evening hours at a house next door to us on Main Sail in Sea Ranch. Very impressive to see how efficient and conscientious they were--from the big job they completed in one day to the meticulous clean up they did. Totally impressive.
Karl came to do a tune-up on the furnace we bought last year. He was very helpful in making sure the system was functioning properly after a rodent infestation in our basement. He used his investigative skills to assess the extent of the damage to our duct system, gave me a number of options on how to proceed and made lots of helpful suggestions for determent.
Just had a complete heating and air system installed. Been very impressed with the efficiency of the company and all the employees. The office was prompt in letting me know when to expect each person for each phase of work. Beginning with Sean who came out to check out the maintenance of my old system and then on the spot was prepared to do a temporary fix as the old system broke down 2 days prior. Jason was great and thorough in evaluating all that was needed in a new system and explaining every detail to all my questions. And then the great phenomenal team that did all the work--Symond, Tyson, Rich and Jorge. These guys were thorough, neat and hard working. Symond led the team and he was fantastic. So impressed with my new, very silent and highly efficient system and the great team of Moore.
Our experience has been extremely poor so we do not recommend to use them. At the installation the wrong parts were brought so they had to return multiple times to finish. Then the new thermostat they installed didn't work correctly and that took additional multiple visits to resolve. For the promised rebate somebody at Moore did the wrong paperwork so another visit was needed for a new system test. Now almost five months later we still have not received the rebate. In other words from start to finish we have experienced gross incompetence from Moore.
After getting several estimates for a new water heater & furnace I decided to go with Moore. Bryan was very helpful in explaining the estimate to me and always promptly responded to my emails and questions. Aldo did the install with his team, Troy and Eric. They always arrived on time, were friendly, courteous and left the area clean. During the final walk through Aldo reviewed both units with me, tested them and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you! Companies may do similar work but the people is what sets them apart. I will definitely use Moore in the future!
