Darin Soltis was prompt courteous and efficient and fixed the short within about 20 minutes. My only concern is that he left the exterior spliced wires completely exposed to the elements and did not wrap them in electrical tape- which I did myself when I saw them I tried to insert a photo but was unable to.

I called Bruni and Campisi at 9pm on one of the very hottest weekends 100 degree weather, Bobby called me in return, was able to set service for the next day Sunday. Tony was our technician, very efficient and explained each charge before charging, I appreciated the kind and knowledgeable technician that he was, He was able to fix the issue and we had air again, I will use them again!!! Wow what a great company!! Sunday was so hot and my AC broke . I called and message said someone will get back to you in minutes . One second later Bobby called me and walked me thru everything . He sent a tech out and system was fix - Two hours for everything.. Love this place ,,,

My AC was completely not functioning during the worst of the summer heat. The repair was scheduled immediately and Tony diagnosed and fixed everything right away. No need for a return visit. A pleasure to work with.

Whenever we have had a plumbing issue- emergency or normal maintenance- it has been a joy to work with this company. The staff has always gone out of their way to get us on the schedule quickly. The plumbers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what they are doing and why. I have been a customer for 12 years and plan to continue being one.
