Overpriced services with non knowledgeable, greedy plumbers. I was told over the phone that there was no hourly rate but a flat rate for services rendered and the items that are actually fixed. Furthermore I was told there was an elderly discount as well. However, I was scheduled for a plumber to come in, within 2 hours, but the plumber came over 2 hours late with no apology. I showed him, where the issue originated and he seemed confused and barely glanced over the area before, he told me that he had no idea what the issue was, but he was going to charge me over 300 dollars to mess with the pressure of the water from the main line and see if it fixes the issue because it is his hourly rate. I was so surprised by his attitude, that he was clearly ripping me off and he had no idea what he should be doing to actually fix the issue; instead he was going to mess with the water pressure, with no idea if it makes my issue worse or better. I didn't need any supposed plumber, to experiment with my pipes, to make my issue worse, when I was told there was no hourly rate and the technician would take the time to actually diagnose the issue. Instead I got a plumber from their company that didn't seem to even want to do his job, but very quick to give an expensive quoting to get paid for doing the bare minimum with no regards to whether his tempering would actually fix the issue or make it worse. I hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake as I did.

Quick friendly service! Solved my problem and brought a happy conclusion to a not so happy day!!! Highly recommend! They said two hours. They showed up in 30 minutes. The technician made sure I was satisfied with the results and explained everything !
