Outstanding company. I have dealt with my share of plumbers, but Action Plumbing does great work and will return ASAP if there is a problem with their work. Not cheap in cost, but this company does a great job and is worth every penny. Tom has some knowledgeable men working for him. Thank you Gary and Quinn.
Do NOT use this person. Tom is a thief. For 2 hrs of work he charged me $800. He had mentioned that it was a complicated job. And turned out to be complete in 2 hrs. I reiterate, DO NOT use this person for your heating or plumbing needs.
did not honor warranty. my unit was in warranty, but he said it would be $900 labor to replace defective unit. Thomas Massaro, Owner, sold/recommended the unit I have, but now says that it's not sufficient for my building, and is implying that it's my fault, even though he sold me this unit originally. I won't not deal with this guy if I were you.
