Zero stars.... The worst service I ever had from a company. Not honest and does not have professionalism. I called them in May 2018 for fixing my central air conditioning. They charged me over a thousand dollars and the system worked only for a few weeks and ceased again. This time they gave me a different story and charged me again. When I turned on the air conditioner couple of weeks ago, no cooling ( same issue I had before - and within a year). I called them again thinking that they will take responsibility of the job they did within a year. The guy who came first said that he don’t know about fixing this unit and therefore not under their warranty. I reminded their office of the receipts I have and they finally admitted that it is within a year. Then the guy who worked on the unit last year came and said that there is another leak. (Even though he charged me for various tests to confirm that their is no leak) . However, he wants me to pay for the same job again as if I called another company. These guys are the worst in their job and are only for money.. will never call them and suggest to find more professional and experienced .
This morning my parents experienced some issues with their plumbing (sinks had no hot water, showers had no water at all, and basement was flooding). We have insurance with Sears so they referred us to A-Jay Plumbing. My mom called, and was immediately greeted by a woman upset because "Sear's should have called us, not you." After some back and forth, they told us that they would call at noon, to tell us when they could send people over. After no call, my mom decided to call them back at 2pm, and was told that they would send someone over at 4pm. After no one came, my mother called again at 5pm, and was told "sorry, we don't want to work with Sear's anymore. Please try somewhere else." I was later informed that this was due to both poor relations with Sears as well as other complications that day. However, this doesn't change the poor communication and rudeness my mother experienced when she called. In any case, I do very much appreciate them taking the time to respond to my initial review, and give my parents a follow-up call.
One of the few remaining honest and knowledgable technicians in the neighborhood. Fairly priced, professional and takes pride in their work. They installed a new furnace for me and I regularly use them to do yearly preventive maintenance on my HVAC systems.
Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced.
