Very Disappointed. Was charged for 2 hours at $150 an hour to spray soap bubbles and attach a hose to a range. I have a lot more work and several houses but will go elsewhere

I would have rated them a zero except you have to give at least one star. I discovered effluent flowing into the crawl space under my house. Had ServiceMaster come and clean it out so I could have a plumber come in. I needed the job done asap. The first company I called which had been recommended said they could do it in two days. I explained that I was hoping to have someone come sooner and contacted Hardy. At first Hardy said they could not do the job for 4 days so I explain to them that I was going to go with another company and was asked to hold. Then they represented to me that they could come the next day so I asked them to. I sent them pictures and detailed measurements. The next afternoon they did a "diagnosis" and described in some length how the entire line would need to be replaced due to a crack in the sewer line that ran under my house. For this they charged me $82 and said they would be back in a few days to do the work explaining that they needed to make a materials list and purchase everything they would need. A plumbing company that does not keep 4 inch PVC in stock? This was a bait-and-switch and I would have gone with the first recommended company had I known they were going to make me wait indefinitely. They wouldn't even tell us when they were going to come back to do the work. Subsequently I went into the crawlspace and examined the line myself. The line was perfectly intact and was not damaged in any way. The effluent was coming from an overflow pipe directly above the main line that they claimed was cracked and needed to be replaced. Obviously their "expert diagnosis" was completed without ever actually looking at the line. They were prepared to tear out a perfectly good sewer line and charge me for it. I had not heard good things about them and everything I was told was true. Incompetence is one thing but dishonesty is quite another. Save your money and hire a REAL plumbing company.

rude and incompetent, horrible customer service, unfriendly, no calls back when promised 2x , my aircon still not working....those bad reviews are clearly not an accident
