Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Jordan (wish I had found him first) and everything fell into place. He took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful. These guys know what they are doing and are true professionals. Our system was installed efficiently and neatly and is simple enough for me to understand without being a plumber.
