My experience with Syracuse Plumber was exceptional, they showed up on time to replace shower fixtures and a sink faucet in the basement. They were great to work with, and worked extremely efficiently and cost me less than I was initially quoted. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be in contact with them for any future needs.

Great guys, polite and down to business. Replaced my water heater were neat and left no trace of them being there.

This was an unbelievable experience! I was quoted $90 for the first hour and $45 for each consecutive 1/2 hour. I confirmed 3x with the secretary who answered the phone that there were no other charges - she stated 3x that there were none - I agreed to the pricing for unclogging a kitchen sink. The plumber arrived at 3:40 p.m., unclogged my sink within an hour; however, charged me for 2 hours. My wife called the office and the woman explained that she failed to mention that customers were to be charged for the drive time . . . 40 minutes for a 20 minute drive??? She was told that they would only charge 1.5 hours, would return the check and another provided to them. I arrived the day after New Year's to give them the new check. The owner, John, came out from the back and began shouting at me about the fees . . . the woman at the desk joined in . . . both were rude and verbally abusive. As I began walking out the door, I indicated that they were completely unprofessional and I would never do business with them again. John then approached me, punched me in the side of the head and pushed me out the door swearing at me. I called the police, however, their so-called security system was broken and the camera didn't show him attacking me. Needless to say, anyone who decides to seek their help had better think again . . . if you have a question about their cheating charges, they will verbally and physically attack you.

Honestly, this was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They showed up early, worked professionally, and did exactly what they said they would do. They will be my plumbers for life.

I have had a great experience with them recently. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I had an issue with the kitchen facet which I thought it needs to be completely replaced. It was the supply line AND facet. They quickly replaced the line and called MOEN . for replacement. BTW when MOEN says "buy it for life" , trust them , it is for life . The plumber was Frank and he was great. I bet they are all good. The lady who answer the phone and makes appointment is SO sweet.
