Excellent experience with the sales team at Culligan. I had called once before to inquire about pricing. The kind woman who returned my call had me set up and my first delivery already set up for that same day. So far I've enjoyed the convenience of paying an extremely reasonable amount more for the convenience of having my water brought to me, as opposed to refilling or exchanging at the grocery store and all the bothersome transporting involved. So far, so good. Thanks, Culligan!

Quality and price are fantastic...only wish they had options with fluoride.

If there was an option for no stars I would have selected that, unfortunately for me there is not. I never take the time to write reviews but when service is exceptional, or in this case so horrendous it causes someone to take the time to write it should say something. After a house fire we moved to a rental and did not want to drink public water. We started service and since day one it has been 8 months of hell. Since the beginning it has been issues with delivery, service, customer service and most alarming the owner. We had multiple fraudulent charges placed on our account, issues with payments because they didn’t want to address the issues with there payment service, did not call back customers when messages left and the owner, also the manager, on multiple occasions lied directly to my wife and I. The worst service I have ever had, hands down. I’ve lived all over the world and the US and have never experienced service this bad. I do not recommend Culligan of Endicott to ANYONE.

I like the flexibility of being able to change the number of cases of water that I might need for certain months. Knowing ahead of time when the delivery is coming is very helpful.
