Joe's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

After being told by a Big Company based out of Newburgh, we needed a new water heater, we called a local plumber. Joe’s Plumbing and Heating. Not only did they show up on time first thing in the morning, they fixed the problem in a few minutes! We didn’t need a new heater at all. It was a simple reset switch, and we were charged a Fraction of the cost of a new water heater!! This is an HONEST Plumber!! Imagine that! Don’t waste time or money using anyone else. Unreliable. Scheduled appointment to make major, very necessary repairs. Dude never showed, never answered repeated calls. If you like going without water, this is your man.

I highly recommend Joe and Ace. I sent out a plea for help monday nite, on Home Advisor, Joe called at 7 am tues. morning, told me hourly rate and said he could be here by 9 am. They arrived 10 minutes early, found 2 pipes burst and repaired them in less than 2 hours! They had all the parts , fittings, and tools needed on their truck, cleaned up the area, and charged a fair price. It's hard to find good service like Joe's in this day and age!

We just had Joe and Ace to our home to install a split-unit air conditioner. First, let me say that Joe is very responsive; called me back the very next day and provided an estimate within days. They were quick, neat, communicative, and did a great job. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Terrible Experience! I got completely Ripped Off by off By Joe Nolan. Embed review Edit review 1.0 star rating 2/23/2017 I hired this person Joe Nolan to attach my well to my brand new construction of my house. In our initial verbal coversation.... He said he would run the well water before attaching it to the house. He never did this..... He first lied about it point blank to my face and said he did. And then stated that he did not. This has caused sediment and dirt in my brand new plumbing. He also installed a pump up toilet in my basement which consistently smells the company Saniflo has stated that there is an install issue - that it was not installed correctly. The pump up toilet also could be ruined because of all the sediment and dirt in my water lines from when He did not run the water to my well before installing it. Joe Nolan does not care about this. He did a complete botched job. This was over a year ago. When I finally moved forward after recouping my loses with him.... which I found out I was completely over charged a total of $8704.80 He completely cut corners on everything. He has also done structural damage to my home. This is what I found under my sub floor in my house. Joe Nolan hid this. He cut into my foundation beams. Jeopardizing the integrity of the structure of my house. Joe Nolan did not think I was ever gonna pick up the sub floor and see this. He also did not glue plumbing pipes correctly. They just collapse apart with light pressure. When he was at my house..... over a month ago .... he did not fix anything. We looked at the problem with the venting on the third story and when Joe Nolan touched it... The Vent pipe in the ceiling completely collapsed in his hand. He has 2 helpers....He charged me $300 per hour for him and 2 helpers. Derek Legoff from Saugerties NY(who you can google and see what he is arrested for) and Christopher Rose of Saugerties NY. I am looking into see if his 2 helpers are receiving Medicaid, Heap, Food Stamps while getting paid off the books by Joe Nolan. He will not go over my bill. He will not call me back. He will not help me. He has costed me alot of stress and thousands of dollars. I am currently having all of his plumbing work redone. I also have to sister foundation beams... Brand new construction.
