Verry good place to shop

Ordered entry way door. Contractor A measured. Contractor B scheduled an installation. Contractor B couldn't install door because contractor A measured incorrectly. Home Depot pressured us to allow door framing to be cut so it fit. Door is $2400. We refused. Home Depot treated us badly but told us new door was ordered and we'd be contacted when it arrived. They gave us a date it should be in but never contacted us. We called and were able to schedule with contractor B after moving a vacation. 48 hours prior to installation a message was left on my phone from contractor C wanting to schedule an installation. I called store and they couldn't tell me anything. I called contractor B and was told Home Depot took back all work orders. I called store manager who was "busy" than"unavailable". I have yet to receive a call back from store manager. I was never contacted to cancel installation. The store manager clearly can not manage. Very unprofessional. Paying since April and have no door August 5th 2 weeks later, had appointment for installation. No one shows or calls. Call store told they'll call back. From start to cancellation store manager never returned a phone call. Store never initiated a call to us.we had to call to find out if door was in, call about being refunded. Zero customer service.

very poor assistance. I bought a 1300.00 lawn mower and at least spent 10k in the store over the course of 10 months. Now i'm stuck with a lawn mower that blew it's transmission after two months...store manager quoted company policies and didn't care. Called customer service...they called store manager and let him make the decision....never shop there again...told them that and they didn't seem to care......DON'T SHOP THERE
