Left a message, Darren returned the call within 20 minutes. Agreed to come out (after I got out of work that day) to service my failing furnace. Darren thoroughly checked out the furnace, explained my options. Left it totally up to me what I wanted to do - no pressure. I chose to replace the furnace rather than replace a bunch of parts and still have an older furnace. Really thought the price was very reasonable. Very surprised they were able to get the furnace I needed the following morning. Arrived while I was at work. By the time I got home the furnace was changed out, couldn't even tell they were there - left the area very clean. The new furnace looks great, they upgraded/improved a few connections and added a holder for the paperwork. Darren called early evening to check in with me. He went over the warranty paperwork and future service schedule. Very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Great Company to deal with and very fair with pricing. His work looks great when completed and gives you peace of mind that it has been done right the first time. As one of the owners of First Fuel and Propane they are always there when we need them for any emergency that comes our way. Highly recommend them!!

As a new home owner and broken central air within the first month, DP Heating and Cooling really pulled through! The owner Darrin showed up the next day to trouble shoot. He took our broken part and brought it to his shop to be worked on. The next day it was fixed! Darrin was a very honest and up front on prices, his estimate was right on target and very reasonable! DP was very good at keep us informed on the unit and calling with his arrival times. Without a doubt, I will be calling DP Heating and Cooling for all my repairs/maintenance!
