Worst service ever. I called Coletti to work on my furnace. He shows up with his wife, who is also incredibly rude, and proceeded to tinker on my furnace while chain smoking and drinking beer. After they left the furnace was running horribly and wouldn’t shut off. When I called again for service his wife answered and actually told me she had to go and get him from the bar. Big surprise. I would light a fire in my sink to keep warm before calling them again. The work they performed ending up costing me double when I had a different technician come and actually fix the furnace. Thanks for nothing.
