I had Robbie Jr, at my home with his employee from Bosnia, the installed a new concrete septic tank due to the fact my metal 45 year old septic tank, yes 45 years old, collapsed. They had to jack hammer a huge rock andvthen peel rock with their machines, and then had delivered a one thousand gallon concrete tank, and placed into the ground, great job, great people, would recommend this company to all who need new septic tanks or need tanks cleaned.
We called for a quote to hook us up to sewer and were told they would call back. A week later still no call back. So I called multiple times today. No answer at all and their voicemail is full so I can't leave a message.
I have used this company for 20 years now and have always experienced excellent service. They are kind, personable, and I can’t say enough nice things about their business. Thank you for all you guys do!
Had problems with our drywell so I called Rob last April. Little hassle with getting him to my home, but he did make it out to scope the situation. The drywell was drained and hosed down, and I was told if the issue persisted he would come out and add an additional drain line off of the main drywell. Well the issue came right back so I made the call for the repair. Here's where the poor experience takes off. I played phone tag for the first few weeks until I actually got a call back with a promise to come back out to scope out the situation. No word for quite some time so I decided to text the number he called from. Back and forth from May 2nd until October 23rd but in the end Rob was a no show. I saved all the texts where I was promised they'd be on it soon, and not to call another service. (I asked if he was to busy, if I should call around) Needless to say I have had grey water pooling on the ground and a dirty dishrag smell for about a year. My advice, call someone else.
I want to thank Bob Lynn and his family for all his help with my sewer issue. He came right away snaked the lines and checked the tank. He suggested that the village should empty the tank as it was full, however the village said it was not full enough! Bob and his crew came back and spent 1 hour emptying the tank and made sure all lines were still open. I can not thank them enough. It is a very unpleasant job to do and it was very hot day. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service. Thank you all!!!
