We had a leak coming from a gas pipe. My husband turned the gas off and he just couldn’t get the leak to seal. I called at 8:30pm, I explained the situation, Jim could have easily taken advantage of my panic but he was honest. He told me the gas was off and it wasn’t an emergency, that I could wait until the next day (avoiding the emergency fee). I asked if he could come tonight and he replied of course I’ll be there in 15 minutes....and he was. He took the time to explain why it wouldn’t seal and found a second leak. Jim took his time and was professional and kind. We are having him come back to do some plumbing work, I am so thankful I found Infinity Home Plumbing on google! Believe all of the positive reviews. Thank you Jim for coming out and getting us squared away so my husband didn’t have to hear “are you sure it’s okay” every 10 minutes all night. I look forward to doing additional business with you.

Jim came to my house to do a replacement on my main sewer line. He did an absolutely tremendous job from the beginning of the process until the end. The job provided many major twists and turns, both literal and figurative. Throughout the entire time, he was a man of his word, sticking by his quoted price while working tirelessly to meet deadlines. Jim and his crew worked 12 hours shifts at my house for 3 days to make sure the job was not only done, but completed with excellent quality. I will be going back to Infinity for not only all of my plumbing needs, but also my HVAC needs as well. I strongly recommend Jim as a timely, honest, and efficient plumber.
