We had a toilet back up. Technician came promptly, solve the problem, BUT, rate was way, way too high. Nearly $400 to unplug a toilet that took maybe 20 minutes! No senior citizen discount. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, good, but to charge that much to a senior citizen living on a fixed income is unconscionable!

Quick and professional response to my emergency. The 24/7 emergency service is actually 24/7. They brought out a pump to get rid of water in my basement late at night. And helped me through a very tough time losing my water heater and boiler. The techs were very knowledgeable. They really catered to my needs and got me hot water again quickly.

Wouldn't recommend. $432 just to show up and hit a reset button. While they were there they recommended $1,600 in repairs for a system that's working. This place shouldn't be trusted. Bad business practices, as someone who owns multiple properties in the area I'll keep my eye out for someone more fair. I'd recommend everyone else does the same.

I have to say this was a great experience. The tech was friendly, accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home! The job exceeded my expectations! Thank you very much Brendon!!

They charged over $300 to tell me my well pump was bad which I already knew. I am disgusted and disappointed that this company is out there charging hundreds of dollars for nothing. It took the technician less than a minute to determine the well pump was bad. We were not informed of the price we were charged when arranging for John Piccirilli to come to our house. We were told there would be a charge but the number quoted was roughly $100. Looking back I should not have even agreed to paying $100 never mind over $300. The quote for the new well pump was 2 to 3 times more than other companies that I reached out to. Please do your research when looking for a company to replace a well pump.
