I had a drain issue with my shower that has been ongoing for a few months. I finally decided to call in the professionals. When I called Friday morning I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young woman who was able to have someone come that day to take care of the issue. I received a call approx 20 minutes before the tech was to be at the house to make sure I was going to be home. Paul showed up to the house and introduced himself and went right to work. Paul came downstairs to tell me what he had found and the cost of the repair. I didn’t have a lot of options because I needed it fixed so I told him to proceed with the work. When Paul was done, he called me upstairs to review his work and make sure I was pleased with the service. The professional service from the initial call to the repair being made was amazing.
Our plumber was great, and got to us earlier than the estimated time. He did a great job and was super friendly. I hope we never need a plumber again, but when we do, we’ll def call Roto Rooter again!

We had an issue with our Bathtub Drain and called Roto-Rooter. The company sent out a water damage specialist as well as a plumber. The service was prompt (Arrived in less than a half hour on a Sunday) and the employees that came out did a great job of explaining everything to me so that I could make a decision as to how to proceed. I have used this company in the past and would definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues. Paul who was our plumber was very professional and did a great job explaining the problem to me and what he planned on doing to correct it.
