Called in AM because I knew they sometimes will do installations. I needed a water heater.. The person I spoke to said they didn't do installations on Saturdays. When I got to the store to purchase the water heater, it says on the box same day installation if you call by 12:00 noon, and if an emergency they would have done it today (Saturday) since their plumber had been there since 6AM. So now it's very difficult to get a plumber Saturday eve, or Sunday, so I will have to wait till Monday. Also now I will have an additional fee for the plumber and extra if I'm able to get one before Monday.
