As a Director of Patient Experience for a local hospital, I teach the tenets of customer service and the importance of basic human decency in every interaction. Unfortunately, human decency, responsivess and courtesy and respect do not exist with this store. We are so incredibly dissapponted in our journey to 'buy' a specialized door; we were told it should have been a four week process at the most. At every turn, expectations were not even closely met. From expecting mutilple calls from the installer to measure our door to canceling multiple install dates to promises from store and regional leadership to call back, major fails on all accounts. Buyer beware! Common decency people, common decency.
