Nick and his team (Sergio, Ricky and Juan) provided prompt service and immediate support to an emergency backup. We have used NIR Plumbing now for over 5 Years. Any issue we need, They always get it done. The best part, is they are available 24/7 & on holidays. Always professional, courteous & polite. This last time our power flush toilet was leaking in the tank. NIR contacted the warranty company for us, had a replacement shipped to our house, came back & had it installed in less than an hour. It's so hard to find an honest & reliable plumber, I'm so glad we have one.
I highly recommend NIR for their excellent plumbing service. Mike was brilliant at locating a leak in my basement which two other plumbers could not find after more than one week of inspections. One company recommended a complete repiping of my plumbing. Mike found the problem within two hours and fixed it the following day. He provided excellent customer service and explained the problem before he did the work. I am grateful for their service to me and will call them again when I need plumbing work. Mike Lopez diagnosed the problem...he & his apprentice got right to work....and worked straight through lunch to replace the broken pipe they found, had to get under a crawl space in our home to reach it!
