Home Services at The Home Depot

Found that the carpet measuring experience from Home Depot to be very deceitful. When we received the measuring and cost results, they had added in $200 for furniture moving charges (when they were supposed to be included) and 25% more carpet than was needed. Very very disappointed.

Had fun getting carpet set up for install

Extremely disappointed. Should have gone to Lowes. I ordered 900 sq ft of tile from them and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. I confirmed that on the 29th. Never got a call from Home Depot to schedule the delivery like I was told I would both when purchasing and when confirming the tile arrival at the store. I just got off the phone with the delivery department and some sales person took it upon themselves to schedule a delivery without speaking to me. Then I get told the deliver is a week after I expected it. I was going to go back to Home Depot to get the rest of the mortar, grout, etc..probably another 2-300 bucks but instead, I'll go to Lowes. Never going to this Home Depot again and that is a shame because we were there weekly.

Staff is pretty useless but it's always easy to find what you need regardless.
