Mark the owner came out immediately to check our issue. We had been told that part of the tile in the shower would have to be removed to replace a faucet. They sourced an old part and left the tile in tact. Armando repaired various things, including moving the gas line for a stove. He did an excellent job. Great group.

Pros: Customer service team in the office is responsive and professional; service people do a great job cleaning up after their work; they call about 15 minutes before they get to your house so you aren’t left wondering when they will show; when the work they did needed to be repaired, they came out very quickly and did not charge a second fee; were flexible to meet my schedule Cons: The initial person I worked with was fairly abrasive, hard to communicate with, and not very punctual; the work needed to be redone in less than a month (but was fixed in about an hour by a very personable individual); prices seem “flexible” leaving me to wonder if I was overcharged; the type of work performed required installing new handles in multiple showers and I wasn’t given any choice on style which I was really disappointed about Pricing: They estimated about $100 an hour for labor and it ended up around $130-$145 per hour. Overall: In the end I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was overcharged and bummed that some of the work failed so quickly. Truthfully, the interaction with the second technician made up for the first experience. All in all I felt overcharged by about $300-$400. Would I recommend?: Maybe As a reviewer I try to wait about one month to a year before posting reviews. The purpose of this is to ensure the work holds up and any follow up can be included. Focusing on “pros” and “cons” helps to be objective and reflect that few interactions are completely perfect or completely terrible.

These guys installed a new furnace, hot water tank, hooked up new system to existing snow melt piping, fixed leaks in floor pipes. Work was done on time, beatifully installed, Mark checked regularly, and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Would highly avoid this business. Showed up 30 minutes early and still charged me. It was an easy job and they even used my tools that I had inside the home. Paid way too much for not great service.

I was traveling in my Class A RV and had a plumbing issue with ice maker leaking behind the refrigerator. I Googled a Plumber Near me, and I found Master Service Plumbing. Marc came out within an hour and had me fixed up and down the road again in short order. Master Service Plumbing is as good as it gets and I would use them again any time!
