Gave blueprints and he had them for a month. He would not call me and I left numerous messages. This place is a joke.

While the plumbers are nice (though mostly not competent=they had to come twice to fix the same thing and left the out take valve open so sewage spewed onto the crawl space then charged us to fix it) the office staff are rude and yell at you if you don’t understand.

I called them out to replace a bathroom sink. 1.5 hours later, it leaked. I had to call them back out to fix the leak and turn on the hot water. Come to find out the hot was plumbed into the cold faucet. I called them out once again tofix that problem.

Had our well pressure tank break at 10pm.....we were leaving on a flight at 10am out of Reno the next day to see family for Xmas....the Sunrise boys came out...arrived quickly...and worked until almost 1am to finish and get us back up....it was 10 degrees with a wind also that night.....we have livestock etc.....and could not possible leave without water available to the animals.....great job!!!!....and our trip was a success.....Bravo Trevor.....Aaron......and Johnathan.....

Called Sunrise Plumbing to winterize my watering system. Should have been cheap and easy, NO! $1,100 later they were finally done and they had put more hours on their invoice than the people had been there. I wouldn't recommend and will never use again. They took us for a ride, and we have since heard other with stories about them also.
