A very knowledgeable young man named Trey worked on 2 of my places that had clogged drains. 2 companies had already come out and charged me yet they were unable to fix the problem. Trey refused to accept failure. He eventually was able to resolve the issue. This at a commercial building. Then he came to my home despite the late hour and again he stayed to the drain was cleared. He also thoroughly cleaned any mess that had been made. You are lucky to have such a reliable young man working for you. Because of him I will only call your company in the future.
