Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

We had an emergency with both toilets and showers backing up. We called Roto Rooter at 3 pm and was told someone would be here in 20 minutes. Sure enough Trey arrived in 26 minutes. There was about 6 in of snow and it was still snowing. Try solved our problem in about 45 minutes. He was both professional and friendly. We will use this company again. Thank you all.????????

Trey was awesome. I had a home repair that wasn't working out. After 4hr of struggling, Trey had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Thank you. You did awesome.

Bad experience. Charged $120 for a 10 minute service call. Plumber didn't fix problem. ..which was under the house. He never even went under house. Had me sign and print my name "that I was satisfied with service." I did so thinking a repair had been made.....which obviously wasn't and had to call in another plumber who fixed the problem. Very dissatisfied with Roto-Rooter in Carson. Don't use this company . Stay with a smaller, local plumber. Their rates are much better than Roto-Rooter and one doesn't sign a form that "you are satisfied with the service" that you don't even know was done. Roto-Rooter plumber told us the work was guaranteed for 6 months. When we told Roto-Rooter office about this, the office gal said the plumber can't do that....they don't guarantee their work or give warranty. AND, the plumber gave us a flyer and said if we write a good review on Yelp or other social media, we could be chosen to receive the service free. What was weird was that the company we were reviewing was in Santa Cruz, California. So we wrote a NEGATIVE review to let others know how ripped off we feel. Absolutely the WORST. Avoid big companies like this and use a local plumber.

Expensive. So i refused their service but the man was very nice and professional!
