Quick, responsive, arrived first thing in the morning to help repair and replace a busted water line under my house and even narrowed down the payment to make sure it was affordable.

Do on line reviews really matter? I was looking for a plumber and called the Lindi Corp because they had a five star rating and raving reviews. When I called their office to ask about having a water heater installed, I was given the brush off (details not necessary). So I brushed them off and wrote a comment in this forum that they must not need new customers (I have now deleted that comment). Within the hour, I received a personal phone call from the owner, who had been calling several phone numbers trying to get in touch with me. He admitted right away that my call should have been handled differently and then worked to solve my leaking water heater…I needed a new one, which is being installed as I type this. I’m amending my comment to compliment the company, not only because the owner has gone above and beyond what most business owners would do, but because he has people and a plan in place to monitor social media comments. He posted an apology to me below as well on a Facebook recommendation I put up looking for a plumber even before I had an opportunity to see if anyone responded to my recommendation. If a business owner watches comments and cares this much about just one bad review and is working to resolve it in minutes using multiple media, you know he cares about customers and doing quality work. “Customers for life” might be a trite phrase, but clearly this is how Paul Chandler has built a five-star business. I look forward to having a “plumber for life.”

Wonderful ownership and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had to get a lot of pipes under our manufactured home replaced and others cleaned out. We were given the cheapest and most honest options as well. I can't say for certain, but I sense that any other company would have added on more work than was needed to pad their bill. The workmanship was high quality, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Will be a lifelong customer for all future plumbing needs.

Amazing company with the most knowledgeable employees. Will not receive better service or equipment with any other company. The owners, office staff, and technicians are the most competent and friendly people you could meet!
