Ideal does work for my company, and me all the time. One of their techs, David, recently came out and did a tune up on my AC. He was fast, prompt, professional, and provided great service - as Ideal always does! We're always grateful for their work, and quick response.

Came within window provided and called to advise when on the way. Job was handled quickly and professionally. Great no running toilet any longer.

David has helped me on multiple air conditioning items and is always nice and explains everything in detail so I understand. After completing a diagnostic and finding my compressor is amping high, but still working overall, I decided not to do any replacement at this time. However, due to having pets, I was concerned about the indoor temperature and I only had a standard thermostat. David and I discussed getting a programmable thermostat so I can monitor the indoor temperature of my home in case my a/c stopped working. David just installed a Sensi programmable thermostat (made by Emerson) and I am so pleased with the install and the peace of mind it gives me. Scheduling was easy and David was communicative to let me know he was on his way. The installation was professional and the thermostat is hard wired, so I don't have to use anymore batteries. I'm so glad David took care of this for me because I know the install was done correctly and I can be rest assured that when I'm not home, I know what temperature my home is. In addition, I've used Ideal Services for other work in the past and they are always friendly and willing to help if I have any questions, even after the install. Thank you!
