Great service and very efficient. Mr. Rooter went above and beyond the service call. They helped us out tremendously. You never expected these types of issues and plumbing is the worst issue to deal with. Its good to know that kindness and professionalism still go hand in hand. From the initial service call to the extensive work performed, each employee was professional and courteous. We would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. This is a great company! In addition words cannot express our gratitude for the service received. We especially want to thank Robert Williams for going beyond what was called for. Each employee who came by was professional and courteous and I wish I could remember each of you by name. Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten and Im glad there are still people in this world with these great values. We can never thank you enough for the work you did. I have been using Mr.Rooter for all of my plumbing services for years. As usual, they do not disappoint. Technician Orlando Z. did an outstanding job. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. This is greatly appreciated when dealing with unexpected issues. Very highly recommended! Thanks again!

They were quick, efficient and very professional. The field supervisor Jordan Gregory, was very polite and took the time to explain what was going on and also took in account what my family was going through at that time. The help Jordan and Alex gave that day was tremendous and they were not going to leave us stranded with no plumbing.
