The manager/ receptionist has poor telephone skills. She is argumentative and nonhelpful.. This company is expensive and does not follow through with filing your paper work with the albuquerque water authority. The office manager Karen is lazy and does not file your paperwork or follow uo on her accounts and will lie to yuu and tell you she had left numerous mrssages to cover her own a##. She doesn't realize that she is dealing with businesses who have employees who actually follow through so ther lies are obvious. Don't use this company if you don't want to leave loose ends or deal with a bad attitude .
