Alejandro's Plumbing

Today I had two Amigo plumbers come to my residence and provide an outstanding service. Everything about Alfredo and Ricardo was professional, precise and to the point. There work ethics and knowledge as plumbers clearly exemplifies their abilities to perform the plumbing trade in all aspects of the job. In doing so, they communicated with the home owner as to each step they were going to performed in order to fix the problems. Shortly, thereafter all plumbing problems had been resolved to the fullest satisfaction of the customer. These two men have a love for their work. It is obvious that they take great pride in their work. I am please and very satisfied in the manner in which they resolved all our plumbing issues period. It is very difficult to find professionals at work. Just witnessing the skills they applied to our home was a real pleasure. Thank you so much Alfredo and Ricardo for doing such a great job. Me and my wife appreciate the great work both of you done on such short notice. If you have severe plumbing concerns and need immediate attention request for Alfredo and Ricardo. They are the bomb. My husband called to have someone check out our water heater & Alejandro came out to our house immediately, on a holiday. He was very professional & most importantly, honest. He told my husband what the issue was & gave an estimate to fix it, but also told him it could be under warranty. He even offered to call our water heater manufacturer to find out if we were covered. Turns out we are covered so we did not need Alejandro's services this time, but we will absolutely call him in the future. His repair estimate was very reasonable & he did not charge us for coming out. If only all repair service companies were this honest & kind, the world would be a better place.

Alejandro responded right away to our emergency call. He came exactly when he promised. He gave a fixed price for the work which we thought was very fair. He worked thoroughly, found the problem, and corrected the problem. After we tested to make sure all was well, he informed me as to the cause and what I could do to help fix it myself in the future. We recommend him highly based on our experience!
