They are the WORST! DO NOT call them for any job. We had a clogged toilet (simple plugged line). Over 4 hours and $479 later NOTHING was accomplished. The toilet was re-clogged soon after and the toilet was reseated improperly and now leaks at the base. The inept person they sent to do the job also improperly installed faucet washers or didn't install them at all. To add insult to injury we were charged for the washers that we actually provided. Owner could care less when contacted.

We had a slow draining tub shortly after moving into our home. I called Waller's to snake the line, and a surly, very slow working guy came out to do the job. Two hours later, he had identified the problem as a child's toy car being stuck in the drain. He said he couldn't get it out, charged me $300 dollars, and left. It took my husband 15 minutes to retrieve it. What an unpleasant experience. I am hesitant to ever call them again.

Waller's are reliable and have done consistently excellent plumbing work for us for more than two decades. Most recently they replaced our boiler (baseboard heat) and hot water, along with all of the plumbing, zone valves, controller and flue. The new indirect hot water system is excellent, providing endless hot water - we can now run the dishwasher, washing machine and take a shower at the same time without running out of hot water. They take a real pride in the quality of their work and sorted out the maze of pipes in our utility room so that everything is now neat and can be easily accessed - looks like what you'd see after a "This Old House" plumbing makeover. They come when they say they will, and have never let us down even in an emergency: last winter our old baseboard boiler sprung a leak immediately before we were to leave on a multi-week trip - Waller's showed up within an hour, fixed the problem and we were able to take our trip as planned. Great local company.

I needed a water heater on the spur of the moment and they came thru for me.
