We called late on Thursday evening with AC problems. Hector came out and was able to fix the problem and we were able to get our work done. Hector was easy to deal with and made sure we were happy before he left. Thanks Hector .

My realtor hired Hector to do some work on my water heater. Things seemed to be going well until we ran into a miscommunication. Instead of reacting with patience, Hector became angry and started yelling at me. It was really unnecessary -- all we needed was a little communication. Also, before getting impulsive, he made a couple of unprofessional comments about me. They would have been appropriate for a bar, not a customer's house. I'm sure he saw them as compliments, but coming from him, they were unwanted.

Came out same day and diagnosed the problem. Got the air running in the meantime and came back again after parts were in and fixed the problem. Charges for parts were accurate, and even gave me discount on labor. Thanks Hector
