Over a year ago, I had the two old (late 90s) AC units of my house replaced with Lennox units LRP16HP24P and LRP16HP48P. I am glad I picked those top of the line units: they are so efficient, great energy saving (I saved 1/3 of my electrical bill), and so quiet! Everybody in the house enjoys the good heating during the winter time, and the great cool air blowing inside during the hot days! TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling did a wonderful job installing the units and included thermostats last year. I had a concern a few days ago, and they came over quickly and fixed the minor problem in a blink of an eye! They are very professional in all what they do, and their customer service is top! I strongly recommend TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling in Carlsbad, NM!
Zero stars. Horrible technicians with no knowledge for service. They will RIP you off.
Kevin was my technician. He was very nice and fixed the problem I was having! The receptionist I believe was Susan was also nice and helped me each time I called, which was 3 times. I called Monday due to an issue with my water heater and I got a Tuesday appointment, only place in town I called that I didn't have to wait longer than a week. I would reccomend them and use them again if I have future issues.
