Luis and Lester were polite, professional and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and their approach to fixing. Required camera, snake and jetting but after all was said and done I was confident that the problem was addressed. Would highly recommend.

I just used Caitco for a leaking main water line, because I was told they use a new process called "Nu Flow", where they use an epoxy to line the inside of the pipe. It worked great and they did not have to tear up the floors or walls to do the work. We are very happy with the result.

Had a very slow draining tub. Emailed Caitco on weekend. They got back to me within minutes with a quote. Made an appointment on weekday. Got a call from Catico that they were on their way. Luis & Lester showed up on time, they were friendly and courteous. They showed me how to remove drain stopper (I had never seen this type before), and quickly got the tub draining as good as new. Overall great experience.

Caitco Drainworks has proven to provide relatively fast and reliable plumbing repairs for me during several visits to my house, which is remarkable for New Mexico. Why only three stars? We have had to call them out for repairs on their own work. Initially we were told from the admin. office that there wouldn't be a charge for repairing their own work. However, the plumber said otherwise and we still had to pay each time. A 10 minute repair on their own work ends up north of $75.00. That gets annoying very fast. If you're in a pinch, you can rely on them... it'll probably take more than one trip.
