Called 4/23/19 3:30 pm about a well water pressure fluctuation issue. I spoke with the very knowledgeable owner, Rick. Richard & John came by at 8:30 am 4/24 & were finished by 1:30. These gentlemen were wonderful, knowledgeable, professional & told me exactly what they were going to do with every step. This company does it all & I will not hesitate to call them again!!!

Turquoise Trail did an outstanding job for us. We had a gas leak that was the fault of another company who did the original work on our home. Turquoise Trail was out to our house within less than an hour and coordinated with the gas company immediately. They were on top of every detail including the most important one making sure our home was safe. They got the repairs done in a timely manner and their workmanship was of the highest quality. I give them the best possible rating. The owner Rick is responsive and knows his job thoroughly. Do not hesitate to call them they are the best!

We ordered our own tank and they let us ship it to their business yard as they wouldn’t deliver to a residence. They hauled it up to us, did the plumbing and electrical work and got the job done quickly, efficiently and in only a couple of days. Highly recommend Rick and his crew!! They also put in tanks for two other neighbors. Merry Christmas we’re so grateful for WATER!!

I wish I had known mother was going to use these ...people before she did. She would NOT have given them her business or the well over $10,000 she paid them. Which wiped out her bank account, destroyed her television, vcr and computer. She's 86 and in poor health. She stayed on them long enough to get a hard drive that works (she has no internet), and a second hand tv and vcr which have never worked. I can't believe these...people are still in business. And if I had the resources I'd sue them too. They don't even deserve 1 star. More like 5 negative ones. And every time we try to turn on anything in the well house at least one fuse blows. Useless brain-donors.

Horrible customer service!! Hired to rebuild a burnt down home I have, charged both myself and my insurance co. for work NOT PREFORMED!! Then after I paid in full per our contract, they wouldn't warranty any of HIS work and said I owed him all of a sudden! Now a lien on my home because I filed a claim against his company!! Should of looked at all the public negative reviews!!!! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT USE AGAIN OR REFER!!! BEWARE (Not talking bad, just stating the facts)
