Terrible customer service! Did not return calls, left piles of dirt in our main walkway for over a month (still there), charged us $500 each visit (x 3!) to diagnose a problem but did not fix the problem any of those times and did not follow up with us. I’m surprised by the other positive reviews!
PSTS is the BEST!!! We had an emergency with our septic tank overflowing and they came right out, handled the problem with professionally and efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need any help with septic tank call them, you'll be very satisfied.
If it's possible to love a septic company, I do. The night before Thanksgiving we had a major problem. Casey and Adam showed up and dug way past dark and worked until they solved our probelm and emptied the tank as well. Kind, thoughtful, interesting guys who know their stuff and do great work. It really doesn't get much better.
