Beck Boys Plumbing & Gas Piping

Had a leak in the shower and called Beck Boys. I had already cut away part of the wall for visibility into solving the problem. Beck Boys came out and told me what the problem was - needed to replace shower valve, but said they didn't do that type of work and charged me for a service call $80.00!!! Not sure what Plumbing in their name means - but wouldn't call them as they don't really seem to be plumbers. He told us to call a Plumber! If this is not in his line of work why did he even take the job - oh, yeah - an easy $80!
