I called to have my tankless water heater serviced and right from my first call I liked the service. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and personable. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with scheduling an appointment. The plumber arrived for our appointment on schedule and got right to work. He was efficient and did a great job. I paid the amount that I was quoted and he was done. The next day I got a follow up phone call about my experience. Which I thought was a nice touch. I'd recommend them to my friends.

Our daughter was hospitalized pneumonia last month. When the hospital gave her the go-ahead to come home, we were so concerned about the air quality in our home, and wanted to ensure that it was clean and healthy. We called the company that originally installed our heater, and they were unable to help us. My husband and I had heard amazing things about Marina Plumbing, and we decided to give them a call. Marina Plumbing understood our concerns for our daughter, and made us a top priority. They came the day before she got out of the hospital, and figured out the problem with our heater in NO TIME.
