DANGER! Carlos and his so called team are a construction hazard. They know nothing about construction. Nothing they touch passes code. They do absolutely horrible work. With over 15 years experience as a general contractor, Carlos was the only sub I have had to completely fire from a job. I tried to "babysit" his guys through completion, but I couldn't make it work. I would honestly recommend just burning your money before you hand it over to these incompetent guys. They also let their insurance lapse in the middle of the project. Carlos will make false promises, and represents himself as being able to do anything construction related. My experience was so bad, I wouldn't allow them onsite to sweep up.
