Called them to open a drain. I had let the drain sit for 2 1/2 days to let the standing water slowly drain out so when they got to my house there would not be sewage exploding out of the pipe when they open it. When they showed up, they saw the line had no water in it they refused to snake the clog out and insisted that we put in a new clean out for $2000. When requested to try snaking it first they said it was not worth the time. Then the proceeded to drop an $85 bill in my hand to tell me they looked and found nothing.
