Davy Hunt is the best in the business! I gave roto-rooter a call and in 45 mins they where out to my house to fix the issue. The customer service I experienced was top notch and you can not get any better then Davy Hunt. I will recommend him to friends and family!

I called the Athens office yesterday which was Mother's Day on a Sunday. They were so very friendly and said a technician would call me soon. Within 5 minutes, he called and we told him our problem. He asked us what we wanted and said, let me go empty the tank and I will be right out. But we told him no rush and it could wait til in the morning. First thing Monday morning, I got the call to see if they could come out. I said yes you can. So I called Kerry and set the time up. At 9:30 Jarron and his team was out here. They were so professional and friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done. When there were extra things that needed to be done, they knocked on the door and told me and asked me if I wanted it done. They recommended things to me and talked to me like we were good friends for years. They were honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company and this group of men to anyone. The technician (Tim) was great and did a wonderful job. We was very professional and personable. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I highly recommend them.

Robert was great. I have an older home, and there are quite a few issues with the old pipes. Roto Rooter came out the same day we called, and Robert walked us through an unexpected problem quickly. The price was competitive and the service was quick. Would recommend to anyone in the Athens area.
