Recommended Plumbing

We hired Eddie and his team to install new three faucets, two shower heads, with fittings, and trim. They showed up on time, intelligently addressed problems in replacing the new fixtures, and did a beautiful job with the installation. Their price was reasonable and Eddie is great to work with. I definitely recommend Recommended Plumbing.

Building hired Eddie for a job to replace several water heaters and redo some venting and he was great. It was a nice big job and he got paid and his guys did a good job...everyone's happy. I call him back a couple of months later to come turn on a furnace in the same building. Eddie was all friendly and says no problem, I'll be on it. But nada, 1 week, i made a call almost each day to find out if he got to it yet and he said he would. enough was enough, i straight up said why you give me the run around when you can't commit. he then made an excuse i get 40-50 calls and it's 70 degree (when i was sub 60), blah blah. Ok, i get it, it was a small job and i might be sensitive, but not once did Eddie call back to say he can't make it. Each time it was me following up and each time he tried to play nice guy by saying he was on it, when he knew he didn't have the time. Just be straight up man, i would have been ok if you were too busy.
