Region Energy

Since moving to the "country" two years ago, many things have changed for this "city" girl. Now I have oil, propane and septic tanks rather than gas heat & city sewer. A lot to get used to. But Region Energy has been there every step of the way. Yesterday, in prep to turn on my AC unit, i smelled gas outside near by propane tank. Called the Region Energy # on the tank, and Ian, at the call center --in a very calm and detailed manner--told me what we were going to do; which included for safety, evacuating the house with my pets and calling 911. All thru the process, Ian was on the phone, or immediately called back after I was making my emergency calls. The FD turned off the propane, and Ian scheduled an emergency technician to arrive asap. In a little under 4 hours, the tech arrived, fixed the very small leak in a pipe, and Ian had scheduled me for a propane delivery as early as possible. Vernon Twp. police and Fire were very impressed with the quick service. I learned a low tank can sometimes cause an odor. So as far as CUSTOMER SERVICE and SERVICE, Region Energy is top in my book! Thanks Ian; you are "awesome!"

Very positive experience! My furnace was leaking water all over my rugs. Frank, the service tech told me in 5 minutes what the problem was and how long it was going to take to fix, and he was right on the money. Very reassuring. I would recommend this company and their service department in a heartbeat!

Our technician was great! Frank came to the house, looked at everything and told us that we needed a whole new system. He gave us a 5 gallon tank to hold us over. He did a lot of cleaning in the system because he thought it would be best and keep us safe. He truly went above and beyond for us. We had a great experience!

Have a new oil tank... half the size of the old tank, and unfortunately ran out of oil... on a Friday evening. Called a few places for an emergency delivery, but none could/would do it except Region Oil. One provider wanted $200 for the emergency visit, plus the cost of the 10-20 gallon delivery. Others suggested I use diesel fuel until Monday. Region Oil delivered a small amount on Friday night, then filled the tank on Saturday on Saturday morning. There’s something to be said when a company listens and responds to a customer’s needs. Thank you.

for over 30 years I have been with this company ( combined companies) , I have always been very comfortable with region oil . every employee I have been involved with , on the phone or in my home have been courteous and helpful, thank you! I do need to mention the billing I receive is extremely difficult to interpret, I have not been happy with this billing procedure for years. I am going to look for a different company but only because the billing paperwork at region energy is way too difficult to understand. ,
