My hot water heater crapped out and within 15 mins Natale Jr. was there. Within an hour of that the new hot water heater was installed. As always very reasonable prices. My father has used them for the past ten years and as a new homeowner they will be my go for all plumbing and heating issues.
I had Natale Jr fix a clogged sewer drain in my home. It took less than 2 hours of work and I had to pay more than double what a average plumber would have charged. The quality of the work was fine and it was also a very standard task that any Junior plumber could handle. Make sure you get a quote BEFORE any work is done otherwise you will not be happy with the bill. I will use another plumber next time.
Had them come to clear a stopped bathroom sink drain. I was quoted $125 for the job when I called to schedule and was charged $200 for 20 minutes worth of work with no special aside from snaking the drain. Otherwise, they did the job and were on time.
Said they would be here at 730 its 10 now still no one. Now its 1130 still no one
