My Rinnai boiler was broken and call 1LLC for service. He was able to fix few of my boiler problem with the help of Rinnai tech support. In the end, I had an issue with my domestic water (hot shower) which he was not able to fix after several time coming to my house. He is good finding excuses for why it is not working and how the next part that he is going to order is going to fix the problem. I spend over 2.5k, and when I told him that I should get a break on the next install, he said to me that he doesn't work for free. I understand that we all should get pay, but you have to take consideration in some cases and this case he came to my house multiple time without a solution. This is after I had paid him over the last few months a lot of money. Also, keep in mind that he charges double the part's value that he orders and this was confirmed by him and told me that it is the normal standard for all company to charge double. So that part that cost 350 will cost you 700. He heavily relays on tech support, so when you are paying him 80% of the time he is on the phone because he doesn't have the knowledge to fix it himself.
Purchased Navien unit installed by another plumber. The Shower water gets ice cold during the shower. checked Naviens website for a certified tech. They referred me to Nicholas, 1llc. After 12 tries he could not solve the problem. He said it was the water pressure from the town and reduced our water pressure the point that you cannot run any other water than the water you are using (e.gg washer and shower, shower, and water the lawn.) Each time he came he would blame the house, or the town, or something else. He said the problem was that our heater pipes were full of sediment and want to charge $1500 to flush it out. He already charges us around $1500 and just made things worse. The manufacturer is to blame as well. He calls the manufacturer each time, but no one can solve the problem. He does show up exactly where he says he does and is very professional except other than blaming everything for no hot water.
