Gold Medal Service

Gold Medal named appropriately because they have great service. They not only respond quickly but get the job done quickly. Other family have used their plumbers and all are professional, know their trade, assess the big picture and communicate concerns and give you a price before starting. There is a fee for coming to assess but you can have the work done on the spot, can't beat that. I would call them for other trades. Appear to be more of a long term company with their regular workers than like a home adviser group.

Tom and his team did a good job replacing my AC and furnace. He knows what he is doing and helped me setup the internet access controlling the thermostat via an app. Worked was very thorough and professionally done. Eugene, the sales guy did pretty well explaining the different options and also convinced me to take the variable A/C to improve humidity of my home and better efficiency,

Great company and great service. They are a little pricey, but when they do a job for you, they get it done and you have no problems. You might even forget you had that problem to begin with. They give you A+ work and you have no headaches after they leave. No back and forth calls to re-fix the problem they should have done the first time. The job they do is amazing!

I had a problem with the pipes freezing on my air conditioning unit and didn't know if I needed freon or if it was because I was only using one of the two zones to cool my home. I called Gold Medal Service and was very pleased with the service expert, Robert Cornwall. He was very knowledgable and gave me options of how to resolve the issue along with written estimates if I wanted to make some changes in the future to make the unit work more efficiently. He looked at my furnace, tested the airflow on the air conditioner, and assessed the problem, which had to do with a big furnace that was affected by a lack of airflow by using only one zone. All is well and the air conditioning is working well.
