Bought and had a sliding door installed several years ago. The slider door has lost its seal and is now fogging. Called the local store where I purchased, but they can't tell me when or what I bought. Apparently they only keep install records for two years. Called Lowe's about another install project back in 2010... they pulled the information up in less than a minute.

Awful experience. Ordered flooring- told to pickup in store, receive no phone call to pickup. Went in two weeks before installation date and told flooring moved out two months. Received no call to inform me of this and was told it was the contractors job when I ordered from Home Depot.
