To bad there isn't a zero star selection for this plumber. I called requesting service, after explaining the nature of the problem the OWNER stated that the part was hard to come by. I responded that our water heater is only 1 1/2yrs old. Questioning why would he say that, he then responded by hanging up on me! If you want to be raked over the coals and pay super high for a service call & NO customer service this is the plumber for you. I then proceed to call a recommended plumber/handyman Walt Volz he came the same day ....total cost $ 75.00. Great Customer service. Mr Warner maybe you should take a lesson from your competition.
